A refundable breakage deposit of R10000 is payable directly to the establishment.Check-in/check-out details
House rules
Please note that a fully refundable security deposit will be taken 24 hours before your arrival.To avoid any issues, please refrain from making loud noises or playing music. Any complaints from neighbors or police presence will result in a penalty fine of R5,000 per complaint.
The house is strictly non-smoking. If you need to smoke, please do so outside on the grass or in the pool house. If you smoke inside the house or on the outdoor sofa, there will be a penalty fine of R5,000 and any damages will be your responsibility.
If the pool heater is on during the summer season, please keep the pool cover closed at night to retain heat.
The kitchen has a built-in coffee machine. Please only refill it with beans. If you try to put instant coffee in the grinder, the machine will stop working and will require a new grinder to be imported from Germany at your expense.
You will receive three sets of keys and remotes upon arrival. If you need additional keys, please let us know before your arrival. If you lose any keys or remotes, there will be a penalty of R5,000 as it will be a security risk and the locks and remotes will need to be changed and reprogrammed.
Please make sure to close the windows and doors when you leave the house.
There is a penalty fee of R5,000 per person per night for any additional guests who stay over that are not on the original guest list at the time of booking.
Hosting a party or event without prior approval will result in a penalty fee of R10,000.
